1975
RB Evans Electrical and Building Services Ltd is established and operated as a small electrical contractor in the Abergavenny, South Wales area providing quality services for Local Authorities and Building Contractors. Thirty three years on, RB Evans is still working alongside the Local Authorities and Building Contractors and has maintained its reputation as a trust worthy and efficient company providing a fast, competitive and technically advanced solution to all our clients requirements.

 
1998
In 1998 RB Evans is invited by Bovis Lendlease to undertake electrical test and inspection reports for several rail stations on the Railtrack Station Regeneration Project and as a result of the quality reports submitted were then contracted for
testing a further thirty plus Stations and Rail Maintenance Depots.
 
2001
RB Evans applied for and where successful in gaining Link-up accreditation to the Rail Industry. The Rail based work has since grown and now forms an integral part of the company’s portfolio.
 
2002
RB Evans was restructured into a limited company, this to bring a more businesslike and professional structure with the extra benefits that make the difference to our clients.
 
2003
In August of that year, as a result of its expanding workload in the Midlands area, RB Evans opened an area office in Wolverhampton which quickly became the local hub for all our Midland contracts.
 
2004
In December of that year, RB Evans successfully achieved accreditation to the Standing List of Contractors for Wolverhampton City Council and is an approved supplier for Mechanical and Electrical work.
 
2006
October 2006 saw the opening of a regional office in Cardiff to expand our Rail and non Rail work in South Wales and surrounding areas.
 
2007
November of that year saw the relocation of the Wolverhampton office to larger premises due to its expanding workload and the need to employ additional health & safety, project management and administration staff. Our clients in the Midland area now receive the highest level of personal service available.
 
2008
In January 2008, RB Evans successfully attained the Quality Standard ISO9001:2000. We are proud that we can now officially claim that we offer a quality service to our customers
